Unlike other Virtual Tours, Global iQ use a proprietary single 360 degree imaging system. The image is taken with a special camera that takes a single 360 degree image of the intended object. For example in the living area of a home the camera is placed in the centre of the room, one shot is taken which captures all walls, furniture, fittings etc. of the room.

The viewer is able to pan around the room, zoom in or out on details, and obtain a real feel for the dimensions and features of the property.
